What is the prepaid platform usage, and how much do I need?
The ONLINESVR platform has a number of services that are charged based on usage, such as Capabilities, proxies, data transfer, and storage. Each subscription plan comes with prepaid platform usage. If your usage exceeds this prepaid amount, the excess is added to your next invoice. Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of the billing cycle. The easiest way to estimate need is to run a test Capability and review usage in Billing.
Can I try ONLINESVR for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes $5 of prepaid usage with no credit card required. If you'd like a free demo of custom solutions, please contact sales.
Which plan should I choose?
Start on Free or Starter while you validate workloads. Move to Scale when you need lower compute unit rates and priority chat. Choose Business for an account manager and Gold Store discounts. Enterprise is for custom volume, SLAs, and dedicated support.
What is the pricing for Capabilities in ONLINESVR Store?
Every Capability uses one of two models: pay per event (fixed price for developer-defined events) or pay per usage (you only pay platform usage: compute units, transfer, storage, proxies). Both draw on prepaid credits; excess usage is billed on the next invoice.
Can an AI agent pay for Capability runs without an ONLINESVR account?
Yes. An autonomous agent with a crypto wallet can pay through agentic payment protocols such as x402, with no account and no human sign-up. The agent prepaid balance meters each run; unused balance expires with the temporary token.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime in Billing. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades roll unused prepaid usage to the new plan. Cancellations last until the end of the current billing cycle.
What drives the cost of a Capability run?
Cost depends on compute unit consumption, storage, proxies used, and data transfer. You can check daily usage on the platform.
What happens after I run out of prepaid usage?
Excess usage is billed on your next invoice (pay as you go). You'll get a notification when you exceed prepaid credits so you can upgrade or adjust workloads.
What happens to my prepaid usage if I don't use all of it?
Unused prepaid usage expires at the end of the billing cycle and does not roll over.
Why do some of my Capability runs cost more than others?
Cost varies with proxies, data transfer, higher memory/CPU, and retries when requests fail.
How does ONLINESVR pay as you go work?
Each plan includes prepaid usage. When you exceed it, additional platform usage is charged on the next invoice at your plan's rates for compute, proxies, storage, and transfer.
Does ONLINESVR offer any discounts for universities or nonprofit organizations?
Yes. Academic institutions and nonprofits can receive discounts on paid plans. Students may be eligible for 30% off Starter and Scale; nonprofits can get a personalized discount.
Do startups get the same pricing as enterprise customers?
Startups can get a special 30% discount on the Scale plan. Enterprise customers get custom pricing, SLAs, and dedicated teams.
